A Possible Reason for the Drone Scare
The drones are obviously a US PSYOP to frighten the public. For what purpose?

Everyone has an opinion about the drones. Aliens, Iranians, Chinese? Are they “sniffing out” radioactive material?
Cutting through all the editorial clutter, they’re not aliens, not foreign. Jason Sullivan makes a great case that the drones are from the United States.
The drones are obviously a US PSYOP to frighten the public. For what purpose?
A recent article by Paul Serran, recalls the UFO scares of the 1950’s “Walter B. Smith director of the CIA, in a memorandum for the Director of the Psychological Strategy Board, wrote: ‘the problems connected with unidentified flying objects appear to have implications for psychological warfare as well as for intelligence and operations’.
“Another 50’s document declassified in a FOIA release details the National Security implications stemming from the UFO phenomenon: ‘channels of communications are clogged by irrelevant reports; continued false claims lead to the ignoring of real indications of hostile actions; creation of a morbid national psychology in which skillful hostile propaganda could induce hysterical behavior and harmful distrust of duly constituted authority’.”
His theory? “When it comes to the Biden regime, one feels inclined to believe more in a Psyop to have the country in a bad shape, and break the climate of national love story with the incoming Trump administration, substituting it for a fearful, suspicious citizenry.”
And who is amplifying the scare? New York Governor Kathy Hochul, Senators Kirsten Gillibrand, Chuck Schumer and Cory Booker all chimed in. RINO House member Michael McCaul came out publically to say the drones are adversarial and likely from China.
One thing is clear, our government is lying.
The Deep State has a history of “not letting any crisis go to waste,” especially if it’s a crisis they made themselves. 9/11 led to the Patriot Act, which severely limited privacy and freedom and has been abused to allow wholesale spying on political opponents.
Lying is nothing new for this administration and the Deep State. They have zero concern for the health, safety and freedom of the American people.
They lied about COVID in order to push the vaccines, which have killed and maimed millions.
They lied about J6 to push through tainted election results to unseat President Trump. Thousands of average Americans have been put through Hell as an example for anyone else who dares to speak up against them.
So what’s happening right now?
Here’s a possibility…
The US Congress is lining up to pass a stopgap bill to avert a dreaded partial government shutdown.
Guess what is buried in the bill? “Two lawmakers are calling for a counter-drone measure to be added into the short-term funding legislation Congress needs to pass in the coming days.”
“Reps. Chrissy Houlahan (D-Pa.) and Andrew Garbarino (R-N.Y.) sent a letter to Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) and Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-N.Y.) urging them to include a measure in the continuing resolution that addresses the recent spike in drone sightings.”

What’s wrong with legislation to protect us from the dreaded drones?
I asked my friend Claude.ai “what provisions in the H.R.8610 - Counter-UAS Authority Security, Safety, and Reauthorization Act might affect freedom of speech?” and here’s what he (it?) said…
To provide a comprehensive analysis of H.R.8610 and its potential implications for freedom of speech, I'll break down the key provisions that could potentially intersect with First Amendment concerns.
H.R.8610, the Counter-UAS (Unmanned Aircraft Systems) Authority Security, Safety, and Reauthorization Act, primarily focuses on regulating drone usage for security purposes. However, there are a few provisions that might raise potential freedom of speech considerations:
1. Surveillance and Monitoring Provisions
The act likely includes provisions for detecting and intercepting unauthorized drone flights, which could potentially involve:
- Broad surveillance capabilities
- Collection of communication signals
- Tracking of drone operators' movements and communications
These surveillance mechanisms might inadvertently capture communications or documenting activities that could be protected under free speech, such as:
- Journalistic documentation
- Peaceful protest documentation
- Citizen journalism
- Environmental or social advocacy monitoring
2. Restrictions on Drone Operation
The bill may include restrictions on drone usage that could potentially impact:
- Media and journalism practices
- Documentary filmmaking
- Public demonstration documentation
- Investigative reporting that relies on aerial photography
3. Communication Interception Clauses
Provisions related to intercepting drone communications might raise concerns about:
- Potential overreach in communication monitoring
- Unintended capture of private communications
- Risk of chilling effect on free expression
4. Penalties and Enforcement
The act likely defines penalties for unauthorized drone operations, which could potentially:
- Create a deterrent effect on legitimate free expression activities
- Impose significant legal risks for documenting events from aerial perspectives
Important Caveat:
Without the full text of the bill available, this analysis is based on typical characteristics of counter-UAS legislation. The actual impact on free speech would depend on the specific language and implementation of the law.
So H.R.8610 looks like the shiny new 2025 version of the Patriot Act that will allow total surveillance of all electronic signals in the United States, “in order to keep us safe.” I can’t even imagine what else will be buried deep in the continuing resolution. We’ll just have to read it after they vote for it.
As soon as it’s passed I’ll bet the drones go back to their nests to wait for the next crisis.
One positive consideration, swamp creatures flourish in the darkness. Once their plans are exposed they often pull back.
Please contact your congressional representatives, share this article and tell them “no” to H.R.8610. And “no” to the continuing resolution that adds yet another trillion dollars to our debt.

H.R.8610 will authorize the Deep State government to build systems nationwide so as to vacuum signals from the one source that is still spotty for them - Ham or Amateur Radio.
Like all D.S. actions they will selectively exclude their own of course, i.e.; KM4UDZ Nellie Ohr, whose license was conveniently granted on 5/23/16 - immediately after Admiral Rogers shut down the rampant abuse of 702 requests but before operation Crossfire Hurricane started in July.
